Children & Worship
Sundays
Children come first in our family-friendly church. Children's Time is part of our weekly service, and there is a special Facebook video weekly just for them! During worship service, we offer nursery care for those under age 5, staffed by loving, experienced volunteers trained in Safe Sanctuary. Nursery is located in the lower level of the education wing.
Worship Service
10 AM - 11 AM, Coffee Afterwards
During the early days of the COVID 19 Pandemic, Remington United Methodist Church (RUMC) was forced to close doors to the public for worship. After a period of airing services only on Facebook Live, doors were once again opened to the community. Due to diminished attendance during the ongoing pandemic, a one combined service was instituted. The liturgical service is led by Rev. Dr. Donald (Don) E. Williams.
Prayer & Meditative Music
Wednesdays, 10 AM - 4 PM
Remington United Methodist Church is open to the public for a candlelit time of prayer and meditative music on Wednesdays. Come light a candle for a loved one, talk with God, and obtain a free prayer shawl for someone who is ill.
